Joy is not a reward for finishing your healing.
Joy IS the healing.
Bad Bunny took the Super Bowl stage and reminded the whole world what we already know — our culture is the revolution. And right now, in this moment, joy is not a luxury. Joy is resistance.
We talk a lot about doing the work. The therapy, the breathwork, the journaling, the boundaries. And all of that matters. But somewhere along the way, we forgot that the whole point of healing is to actually live.
Pa' Nosotras is an event of celebration for women who are doing the healing work AND who are ready to remember that joy is our birthright.
To dance. To laugh out loud. To put on our favorite fit and feel our ancestors’ smile. To be in a room full of women who get it — who are healing AND celebrating at the same time.

I'm a Latina licensed therapist, Priestess, and community builder — a proud Dominicana from Williamsburg, Brooklyn who has always known that healing and joy were never meant to be separate.
Pa' Nosotras came to me as a download from Spirit and my Ancestors — nudged by my father, who has always pushed me toward my joy, toward dance, toward singing, toward living fully. And reminded by my mother and the women of my lineage; that we were not put here just to suffer. We are on a spiritual assignment to overcome and not forget to live in our joy. That is the whole point of healing.
This event is their message, made real. A love letter to our ancestors, our music, our culture, and to every woman who is ready to remember she was always a seed — not buried, but planted. 🌱
